Since opening our doors in 1985, the practice has grown to include seven vitreoretinal surgeons from only the top medical institutions, including Columbia, Cornell, Duke, Harvard, Cleveland Clinic, and UCLA. Through that time we have remained independent and 100% physician-owned.

On an annual basis, Retina Consultants P.C. performs the largest volume of vitreoretinal surgery in the state of Connecticut, including membrane peels, retinal detachment repairs, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and secondary intra-ocular lenses. Retina Consultants P.C. is also the only ocular oncology center in the state of Connecticut.
